2,Exchange product is a time-consuming thing, so we offer a second option, you can keep the original product, we will exchange a new ring to you for free, you just need pay a remake fee of 20% of the original retail price.
Please note: All rings must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange.
